Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed, your order is confirmed. You’ll receive a confirmation email within 1 hour.

Track Your Order

To track your order:

1. Log in to your My Account
   
2. Go to My Orders
   
3. Click on the relevant order
   
4. Select "Track Your Order" (if tracking is available)

Returns & Product Issues

To return a product or report an issue:

1. Go to My Orders
   
2. Click Return
   
3. Upload a clear photo or video of the issue
   

All return requests are reviewed in line with our Shipping Policy and business terms.

Shipping Policy

We dispatch orders every Wednesday. Deliveries usually take 48 hours.

In the event of unforeseen delays, you’ll be notified within 48 hours of placing your order.

• All large orders are palletized and sent via pallet delivery services
  
• Smaller orders are shipped by couriers
  
• All orders are tracked and require a signature
  

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery location.

Reporting a Defective Product

If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please follow these steps:

1. Log into your Bayersan UK account
   
2. Navigate to My Orders
   
3. Click on “Return” next to the relevant order
   
4. Upload clear photos or a short video showing the defect or issue
   

Once submitted, our team will review your request and get back to you via email with a resolution as quickly as possible.

All products are covered under our business warranty, and we comply with applicable UK wholesale trading laws. Please note: A standard 2-year legal guarantee may not apply to wholesale/business transactions unless stated otherwise in the product description or purchase confirmation.

How Refunds Work

If your return is approved and a refund is applicable, you will receive an email from our team with two options:

• A refund processed directly to your original payment method
  
• Or a credit note/coupon with an extra value incentive (when applicable)
  

Simply click the relevant link in the email and complete your details.

Refunds are processed by our accounts team within 5 working days after confirmation.

Canceling an Order or Changing Delivery Address

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may still be able to cancel or modify the delivery address:

1. Log in to your account
   
2. Go to My Orders
   
3. If available, click “Cancel Order” or “Change Delivery Address” next to the item
   

These options are only visible if your order hasn’t been dispatched.

If the order has already been shipped:

• You may refuse the delivery at the time of arrival
  
• Or log in and request a return via “My Orders”, following the steps under our Returns Policy

Return Period

At Bayersan UK, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your goods. You may return eligible items within 30 days, provided they meet the conditions outlined below.

Please Note:

• The 30-day return policy does not apply to custom-made items, perishable goods, hazardous materials, or items sealed for hygiene reasons (if unsealed after delivery).
  
• Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. We reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to assess the product.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

1. Log into your account
   
2. Go to My Orders
   
3. Click “Return” next to the item
   
4. Upload a clear photo and/or description if there is a fault
   
5. Follow the return instructions provided
   

Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how to send the item back.

If your item was shipped by a third-party partner, return requests will be forwarded to the partner. They will contact you directly with instructions. Return shipping in this case will be at your own cost.

A small return handling fee may apply, which will be clearly communicated during the process.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

• You will receive a confirmation email from our customer service team
  
• You’ll be given the option of:
• A refund back to your original payment method
• Or a credit note/coupon (may include a bonus amount)

Refunds are processed by our accounts department within 5 working days from approval.

Please allow extra time for the bank to reflect the payment in your account.

Additional Information

• Shipping costs paid on your original order are only refunded if the entire order is returned.
  
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to wholesale/business transactions, except where legally required (e.g., under EU distance selling regulations, if applicable).
